Brown Refutes Allegations

Former West Ham chairman Terence Brown has said the offer made to him and former Hammers chief executive Peter Aldridge of £9.3million in salaries and bonuses, by Kia Joorabchian, was not a secret deal and the board as well as all the shareholders knew about it. Brown said,

"I don't think it's greed. Remember this was not a secret deal, the whole board and all the shareholders knew about it.

The offer was made to me but the board and shareholders felt it just didn't look right."
