Sheringham's Life Time Achievement Award

Teddy Sheringham received an HMV Lifetime Achievement Award tonight. Speaking at the presentation event at the Hilton Hotel Sheringham revealed his disappointment at being continually left out of Curbishley's teams,

"It is not a blast at the manager as such but I want to play football. But I understand the manager's situation. I have had a couple of chats with him. He's trying every option, which, at this moment, does not include me.

I am disappointed but everyone is disappointed with the situation we are in."
