West Ham Heading to Court

Apparently talks between MSI and West Ham broke up last night without an agreement being reached. Today MSI have to submit all their papers with the high court and The Express claim that their source inside MSI says their are more documents to come.

Mind you they also say West Ham will be in trouble because the December 1st contract was not submitted to the independent commission. This flies in the face of what both West Ham and the league have said.

I wonder if the newspapers will ever realise that MSI are not exactly an objective source for their stories.
