I think Cole will do well under Big Sam
Zola was the only manager to get anything out of Cole because he gave him time and boosted his confidence, If Big Sam gives him the 1 on 1 time he gives to his players and gets him confident again I believe his form will get back to what it was with Zola.

If you actually bothered to go to games you will notice he is a lazy bastard who only seems to play well every 3 or 4 games. We need consistant performers and Cole will never be this or indeed prolific.
