Three In

It seems that West Ham have completed their final transfer day business with the signing of:

Nicky Maynard (from Bristol City - rumoured to have cost around £2.5 million)
Ricardo Vaz Te (from Barnsley - rumoured to be about £750,000)
Ravel Morrison (from Man Utd - rumoured to be an initial £650,000 fee that could rise to £2m depending on conditions)

Nicky Maynard, aged 25, scored 46 goals in 131 appearances for Bristol City after joining the club in 2008.

Striker Vaz Te, aged 25, has scored ten goals for Barnsley in 22 appearances this season.

The Guardian are reporting that Morrison's salary will start at around £12,000 a week with this possibly increasing to as much as £65,000. The paper claim the £65,000 wage will only be reached if West Ham gain promotion and remain in the Premier League and also depends on the number of his starts for the club.

when u play with the total lack of commitment that we displayed at Portman Road ,it wudn't matter if we got Ronaldo. A team to be promoted doesn't lose 5-1 to ANYBODY,no less a team in 20th place. It is disgusting ,and even if we get promoted the major memories of this season will be the total and complete failures at Reading and Ipswich. Unprofessional ,amateurish and the supporters don't deserve this inexcusable excrement

We always turn up with 10 + 1 passenger (we all know who he is).

Until that changes this will happen every now and then as other teams, better then Ipswich work it out

Errr yeah, if he's so woeful, what exactly have the rest of our midfield done to make them look better than him? Nothing, apart from Noble possibly, but thats just down to penalties. Nolan has pitched in with a few goals and made a lot of assists

What are you all moaning about? How many thought we'd be anywhere near top of the table at the start of the season. Just get behind the team and stop being so critical.
