Fulham After Zamora

According to The Daily Mail Fulham are keen on signing West Ham's Bobby Zamora. Sanchez had turned his efforts to Zamora after he was rebuffed in his attempts to land Jason Roberts from Blackburn Rovers.

The Daily Mirror say that West Ham have offered Mullins and £6 million for Nickey Shorey. The paper also says that Alan Curbishley is set to sign Derby's Giles Barnes as emergency cover for the injured Kieron Dyer. The Sun also says that Derby are worried that Dyer's injury will lead West Ham to bid for Barnes.

The Daily Express say West Ham have made a £10million bid for Adriano - but are not confident he will sign before the transfer window closes. The Guardian claim West Ham officials have privately conceded their pursuit of Adriano is proving "complicated" with the player understood to favour a move to Lazio. The Hammers retain their interest in Derby's Giles Barnes, Palermo's Mark Bresciano and Nicky Shorey of Reading.
