West Ham's Injury Woes

Most of the papers are still covering the news that Ashton could be out until the end of November. The Times however also has news of injuries to other West Ham players.

They say Bobby Zamora will be out for two more weeks after knee surgery.

Scott Parker’s return from a knee injury may be delayed by a further four weeks.

West Ham could be without Anton Ferdinand for six weeks due to his hamstring problem, but the club are also concerned about the criminal trial for alleged assault next month.

The only good news is that Craig Bellamy will be available after a groin operation. The Times report that Curbishley is keen that Bellamy tests his recovery for Wales against San Marino a week today.
