Bellamy May Need Another Op

West Ham manager Alan Curbishley says that Craig Bellamy may need another operation. Bellamy is suffering from persistent abdominal pain and has been out of action for six weeks.

"His hernia op hasn't solved the problem, and now he has had one injection followed by a second," said Curbishley. "Another operation may be the only option."

Curbishley says a decision will be made this weekend on whether Bellamy needs the operation.
