West Ham's Green in Demand

The Times claim that Aston Villa and T#ttenham H#tspur are monitoring Robert Green’s contractual situation. The paper says that "Green is paid about £28,000 a week, which is significantly less than many at the club earn", although I fail to see what that has to do with the length of his contract.

Green has at least two years remaining on his current contract, so Sp#rs and Villa will be 'monitoring' the situation for a very long time.

Altho i m sorry that we released Solano ,and feel it wud not be wise to let Zamora out on loan ,given the improved contract we gave to Ashton, perhaps the club is trying to save money so that it can offer improved terms to Green,to ensure that we don t lose him.
