West Ham Sunday Gossip

The News of the World say Dean Ashton could be out for the 'bulk of the season'.

The Mirror say that Zola has decided he needs to strengthen the defence so will bid for Blackburn Rovers defender Zurab Khizanishvili.

The Observer claim Sheffield United will not agree to West Ham's bid to take the FA tribunal to CAS.

The Daily Star say that if Sheffield United can get compensation from West Ham, they want to bring Michael Brown back from Wigan and also land Alan Smith from Newcastle. So presumably they have set their sites on a lot less than £30 million :)

The People claim that Neil Warnock is in talks with his legal people about suing West Ham over the Carlos Tevez affair. What a sad, sad man. Actually I hope this one happens. I'd love to see Warnock being questioned in court about his managerial abilities.

The People also claim that Zola wants Barcelona's Eidur Gudjohnsen to join him at West Ham.

has anyone questioned sheffield utd about steve kabba??

Rule U18 states:

“No club shall enter into a contract which enables any other party to that contract to acquire the ability materially to influence its policies or the performance of its teams in league matches or in any (other) competitions.”

so he couldnt play against the blades...awwww...but doesn't that mean Sheffield utd were influencing the team line up against them.
man utd and tim howard is another one.

how sad can one club be? they have completely disgraced football. pundits, newspapers and even some managers are behind west ham! surely this must carry some weight?
it just annoys me that sheffield can appeal as many times as they liked, even though they got turned down at every appeal, but we cant appeal again??? so sad.

sorry about the post but they just sadden me so much sheffield, i can't help but pity them.
...but well done blades for creating a bitter enemy in west ham! ...and possibly some pundits, managers and newspapers for disgracing football.
COYI!!!!!!!

I live and work up "tut" north at the moment in the process of moving back, work with a sheff utd fan. i have listned to the b******s he has been spouting since this started,my answer to him is quite simple you were s**t before we got Tevez and you were even worse after we got him one man does not make a team but a s**t manager can ruin a team and we should know!!! so think on. At the end of the day the future is looking brighter for west ham even with this crap going on for a start the spurs are doing so well thats enough to warm the cockles of every west ham fan.
west ham till i die
