Dyer Undergoes More Surgery

Gianfranco Zola has confirmed that Kieron Dyer has undergone more surgery. The West Ham manager says however that Dyer should be back training again soon.

"Kieron had another operation which went very well and it wasn't a big thing," said Zola.

"He is already doing something with the physio again and should be available soon."
