Cole Goes for Scan
Carlton Cole says he is unsure whether he will be fit for England's qualifier on Wednesday. Cole was forced to leave the pitch injured today after only twenty minutes.
“I’m going for a scan and hopefully I can get the result straight away. I’m not sure for Wednesday, hopefully they can analyse it.
“It’s disappointing because their defence caved in at the end and me and Crouchy were disappointed we couldn’t be involved.”
After the game Fabio Capello said that Cole would not be fit for the midweek game with a hamstring injury and would be returning to West Ham.
It looks like Cole is a major doubt for West Ham's game against Sunderland next weekend.

I think that the injured England strikers will defintely have a case to sue West ham over their injuries. If it wasn't for Tevez being Argentinian he would have been there instead.........
and of course ,if sunderland beat us at upton park,then any club that gets relegated this season can sue west ham for allowing carlton to participate in an iunternational
