Olympic Stadium Move Still Not Ruled Out

According to the Newham Express West Ham have not ruled out an eventual move to the Olympic Stadium, especially if the political mood changes over the legacy of the games. The paper claim that West Ham have also not ruled out the site close to West Ham station, despite the reported problems over the listed gas containers on the site.

There is even a reported third, unnamed, site that the club have their eye on. However because of the possible takeover of the club and the economic climate thoughts about moving stadium are definitely on the back-burner at the moment.

Due to the economical climate they may have to sell the stadium to re-coup some funds?

I wouldnt mind if we moved there, as long as there is NO running track, terraces are close to the pitch and an atmosphere! Most importantly!

But the history and tradition of Upton Park I would 100% miss!

2nd thought, knock the east stand down, make Upton Park a wrap around stadium, fix of the centenary stand, tell the council to move the bus garage to west ham site and WHUFC can buy the bus garage and priory road to expand, underground parking, complex etc!
