Neill to Stay at West Ham
The Times are reporting that Lucas Neill is set to sign a new one year deal with West Ham. Given the club's previous stance on his wages, if true it means that Neill must be taking a big pay cut to stay at the club.
The Mirror claims that West Ham are interested in signing Newcastle defender Steven Taylor.

I think we should move Neill on.....he is inconsistent and at 30 something he wont improve. Why did he change his mind? Not for love of west ham but probaly because no one would better his deal.......A decent player but would prefer us to get in couple full backs and move on with the squad. (turtle man)
