Sullivan Bid Accepted?

Sky are reporting that "West Ham’s lending banks (who are thought to include Barclays and Standard Bank) have today approved a change of control for Sullivan to buy the club."

However Sky seem to be suggesting that this doesn't necessarily mean that David Sullivan will be the eventual owner of the club and that Rothschild "could be using Sullivan as a stalking horse to attract higher offers from the other bidders".

Sullivan's offer is thought to be worth well over £100m.
