Transfer Rumours Can Now Begin

Rather than wildly speculate about which players West Ham will sell the media can now start inventing stories about who we might buy.

Kudos to The Mirror then for being the first to get the ball rolling. The Mirror claim that David Sullivan is willing to make £15 million available for transfer targets and wants to buy a new right-back, a wide-right midfielder and a striker.

The Mirror claim that the first target up front is Bobby Zamora.

The Mirror say £15, others have speculated that there will be £7-8 million available.

Considering what was revealed today about West Ham's debts I suspect that the later figure is probably the top end of what might be spent this January.

also he stated about having to many midfielders so the right mid is a no

i think zigic would be a good buy simply because hes out of favour and stanislas/collison and behrami/faubert can get a few balls in the box

with cole and zigic a fair few headers would be won and thats what we need to get out of the relegation fight

Robbie Keane & Ruud Van Nistleroy would give us a solid partnership upfront. Flamini would be good if we could get him on loan. For a right back why don't we go for Eboue.
