Pardew Says All Players Are Staying

Speaking to Sky Sports yesterday Alan Pardew reiterated that all of the West Ham players are not for sale.

former Crewe Alexandra hit-man has been linked with a big money move to Newcastle United, despite only joining The Hammers in a £7.25 million deal from Norwich City back in January.

Speaking after West Ham's 2-0 pre-season win over Trollhattan in Sweden, the former Reading manager stated he is looking forward to seeing Ashton perform for the East Londoners this season.

"All my players are here to stay. I think what people are going to have to remember is that this group were all very young last year. They've got another year under their belt and they're going to be better this year.

Dean Ashton will be one of them and he's looking like he wants to progress quickly.

We're looking forward to seeing him in the West Ham and he'll certainly be running around against Charlton on that opening day, I assure you of that."
