Liverpool vs West Ham

By all accounts this is a good time to be visiting Anfield. Surprisingly (not really) Liverpool have been talked up this year as possible premiership contenders by a whole host of reds friendly pundits who were players in the 70's. This is presumably because of their FA cup win over the Hammers last year and their European success the year before, as it can't be for any strengthening of their squad over the summer. For me the present Liverpool team looks no better than the also rans of the last few years.

For today's game Jamie Carragher, John Arne Riise and Gabriel Paletta are still injured, but Gerrard is expected to recover from his midweek sickness.

For West Ham Bowyer has a slight groin injury while Benayoun has an infected toe, though Alan Pardew hopes both will be available.

As in the cup final the big difference between the two teams is the aforementioned Steven Gerrard. Take Gerrard out of the equation and not many would be surprised with a West Ham away win, as it is this will be a difficult game. Hopefully this will be a tight game but it's difficult not to see Liverpool edging the game.

Radio: Live commentary is available through Five Live (UK only)

Video Streaming: TVAnts, SopCast and PPStream streams are all available for this match. Links to all of them can be found here. (registration required but it is free to register).

This year PPStream has worked well for me. There has been litle lag in the streaming and where there has been lag coverage has picked up from where it stopped, so you miss none of the action.
