West Ham Chairman's Salary

Now the full report of West Ham's accounts have been published it seems that our chairman Terence Brown made a cool million pounds out of the club last year and will now be able to afford many more swimming pools for his country pile.

Breakdown:

Salary/Fee: £490,800
Bonus: £310,000
Benefits in kind: £13,807
Pension Contribution: £202,240 (including 130,000 in lieu of bonus)
Total: £1,016,847

In other words Terry Brown costs the club 3.3% of its total wage bill. And I thought footballers were overpaid.
