West Ham in Bent Bid

The Sun suggest that West Ham have offered Marlon Harewood, Hayden Mullins and £4 million for Darren Bent. The Sun say the West Ham offer has been a legitimate approach but that Pardew feels clubs have been trying to 'tap-up' his striker,

"Let’s not twist it — I said I’m sure he is getting phone calls from people and I’m sure it is disturbing him, whether the calls are from friends or whatever."
