Arbitration Decision Tuesday

The BBC are reporting that the arbitration panel, which said they would report their decision by the end of June, could now make their announcement next Tuesday. Yesterday The Times were suggesting Monday so it seems that the decision isn't going to be announced until the beginning of next week.
