Tevez Keen to Stay in Premiership

A short while after Inter said they were not interested in Tevez, Kia Joorabchian declared that Tevez had turned down Inter,

"Inter put a deadline on the decision and Carlos' heart is really in the Premier League, so he was not prepared to meet that cut-off point."

Although Joorabchian's statement is a little questionable, coming only a couple of days after Tevez seemed quite keen on Inter, it is good news for West Ham that Joorabchian sees Tevez's immediate future in the Premier League. Joorabchian went on to dismiss the rumours that Tevez has been offered wages of £100,000 a week by West Ham but did say,

"It is true we are still talking and hope to come to some arrangement."

Definitively sounds promising.
