West Ham on TV

Sky Sports have announced their live coverage of Premier League games for the first four months of the season. West Ham have been scheduled to be shown in three home games and one away. The games are:

Sunday 23 Sept Newcastle v West Ham 1.30pm
Sunday 21 Oct West Ham United v Sunderland 4pm
Sunday 4 Nov West Ham United v Bolton 4pm
Sunday 25 Nov West Ham United v Tottenham 1.30pm

I also believe we're being shown in our away game against Newcastle as this was advertised on sky earlier. (for sunday 23rd of september) Do you know how setanta sports work as well? Is there a seperate subscription or is this free with a sky subscription? Because our game away at Portsmouth is being shown on there.

I've just read the cost on the KUMB forum -

On Sky £15 per month on top of sky subscription for the whole setanta package

On Freeview £10.99 per month for just the setanta sports channel.

I've no idea. As I say until you mentioned Setanta I had no idea they had the rights for some live games.

For Setanta to make any money you would think they are going to have to offer pay-per-view.
