Parker and Camara for Plymouth

What happened to Parker yesterday? He player 90 minutes for the reserves midweek but didn't make the bench against the Toon. Hopefully he hasn't had an injury setback and will feature in the Carling Cup.

I also think Camara should get a start up front. I thought Cole did well to set up Ashton's goal yesterday and West Ham fans have to remember he is our fourth choice striker and not bloody Carlos Tevez. However it can't help to see what Camara is made of.

The Carling Cup game also gives Curbishley the opportunity to give Ljungberg some match practice. It is a hard call at the moment to say whether he should replace Etherington or Bowyer as they are both playing well. If Parker isn't fit Curbishley might be tempted to do what he did yesterday in the second half when he replaced Mullins with Bowyer in the middle.

It would also be nice to hear something official on the fitness of Bellamy and Zamora.
