Podcast With the West Ham Manager
The Times have a podcast of an interview with Alan Curbishley this week.
In the podcast Curbishley reveals that Di Canio made an appearance in the West Ham changing room before the Newcastle game. I wonder if that is why the team came out with all guns blazing?
The other new bit of news was that Curbishley says that West Ham are targeting a top eight finish next season.

nice to see he is putting the pressure on himself already for a top 8. i think he knows its all or nothing next season, i hope he succeeds..

AC's sticking to his guns about the "exciting" and "pacey" players being all injured -- that being the reason for the boring play.
But to his credit, he does sound genuinely frustrated and upset, not like he's making excuses.
