Ashton the 20 Million Pound Man
A lot of the newspapers this morning say that West Ham have turned down a £15 million bid from Sp~rs for Dean Ashton. Now the media are saying Sp~rs will up their bid to £20 million.
After Spu~rs have spent most of this transfer window complaining about Liverpool and Man Utd and reporting the clubs to the FA it is strange how these stories are getting into the media so quickly.

Clearly the club don't want to sell - but if he wants to go to the Spuds then there's not much can be done to keep him.
Interesting one that Curbs could be in for Jermain Pennant. That I wouldn't mind seeing happen.
