Upson England's Man of the Match

It was an impressive performance from England tonight (only let down by the glaring error of not having Robert Green on the bench to replace James and the strange decision to bring on a Sp#rs forward).

Upson fully deserved his man of the match award, even without his opening goal. He was everywhere in defence tonight.

Makes me wonder how West Ham could have gone so long without keeping a clean sheet.

I hear Craig Bellamy also scored for Wales tonight.
