Sears to Get the Nod

The Times say that Diego Tristán could be given his first start against WBA, as replacement for the suspended Carlton Cole. However, The Sun think that the honour will go to young Freddie Sears.

The Sun could actually be right. They quote Zola as saying,

"Carlton is an important player for us and I don’t think that he deserved to get sent off last week. It’s a big miss for us as he is a reference for everybody.

"But Freddie Sears has worked very hard in the last few weeks. He knows this is a big opportunity for him and I am very confident he will take it."

I hope it's neither, I think Savio has done enough to get a starting nod against the worst club in the league.
