Reserves 6 Birmingham 0

Since Nobert Solano left the club West Ham have never looked that threatening from free-kicks. In Dimanti it looks like we once again have a player who can score from dead ball situations. Dimanti got two goals tonight for the reserves, both goals came from free-kicks, one from 25 yards and the other from 30 yards.

Hines scored a hat-trick and N'Gala scored the other.

Behrami got 58 minutes under his belt before being subbed and new signing Ferrari also started.

Obviously we're delighted with the performance - and the result of the reserves' match against B'ham. The lads played a good game, and Hines and the diamond geezer scored some wicked goals. With regards to Diamanti, please allow him a bit of time to adapt to PL football. The Serie A is slightly slower on pace, so he need to adjust. I just hope he's not another Savio - unable to adapt in terms of making his mark in PL. 2-0 against Wigan. COYI!
