Carr Testimonial Confirmed
West Ham have announced that Tony Carr's testimonial match will be on Wednesday 5th May 2010. The game will feature a West Ham side vs an Academy All-Star XI, featuring players that owe much of their early development to Tony Carr.
Carr said, "I am pleased we have been able to name a date. I am really looking forward to it and hopefully we will have a big turnout on the night. It should be a great occasion."

we owe so much to this man, we have one of the best academy's in the world, we are THE ACADEMY OF FOOTBALL and tony carr has been the back bone of it for 25 years. i'll be there and hope to see all the ex hammers (including the ones we boo!)
Forget the Boleyn - they could fill Wembley for this one and WHU, England and the FA owe it to the man.
Tottenham and Man Utd owe it to this man too!
Don't forget Chelski.
That's why Wembley would be better.
