Barrera Confirms His Move to West Ham

Well it seems that the newspapers are right for a change.

Pablo Barrera has been speaking toady and has confirmed that he has more or less agreed terms with West Ham.

Barrera said that the transfer 'could happen very soon." He went on to say,

"I'm going with the mentality to succeed, I know it's a difficult league but it is also a challenge. If I want to be great I need go to a big league."

All he needs now it seems is a work permit.

West Ham: Take care of him, he's a great player. You won't regret it.

On Sky Sports it claims that he will sign a four year contract and then move after 3 years.

WTF?

I am a Manchester United follower but I think this is a great pick by West Ham. We should start looking into this untapped source of talent. We already have a great prospect in Hernandez. No offense to Mexico soccer, but the Mexican Players come cheaper and in many cases are better than the European, South American or even our home-grown talent. I saw the Mexican team at the WC and I was impressed. Go MANUTD!!

I agree with you Kevin... WTF? I think this old bat from Pumas was been a bit condescending toward West Ham. But, I heard that Barrera is "very excited" about joining West Ham. And, he regards West as a "great team".
