Get in - useless waste of space.

He was a little boy scared of making a challenge.

Goodbye Hines, you will not be missed.

Scared of making a challenge...? He was a centre forward not a defender!

I thought he had promise, just too many injuries, but waste of space is a bit harsh..

As little nippy centre forwards go, can't remember to many crunching tackles from Michael Owen or Jermain Defoe!!

Okay, fair comment back there Anon.

However, he rarely played up front because he was useless. When he played on the wings he was a tart.

Maybe we should have tried him up top more but I doubt that would have helped.

However, your a bit of a fool comparing him to Owen and Defore, there is no comparison. He would have been snapped up by a team better than Burnley.

I stick to my word however, Good Riddance.

Hines had an attitude problem. And he did not have enough in his tool kit to be of any real use to us. It for the best that he's gone

Spacemonkey,

I wasn't suggesting he was the same level as owen or defoe, the comparison i was trying to make with those players is that neither of them is renowned for getting stuck in...

I'm neither saddened or glad he is gone, guess that sums his time up with us, but i think he will do well for burnley, and besides least we still have super carlton cole ;-)
