Neill Deal Done & Dusted

Lucas Neill has finally put pen to paper and signed for West Ham for an undisclosed fee. It has been widely rumoured that Neill, who was also a target for Liverpool, has been offered generous personal terms to tempt him to West Ham, but these also remain undisclosed.

Neill is recognised as a right-back but is comfortable in the centre of defence and could well find himself initially at the centre of West Ham's defence due to injuries to Gabbidon and Ferdinand.
