Blackburn vs West Ham

This is a tough game for West Ham against a Blackburn side who have won nearly as many games in a row as West Ham have lost. In fact since Lucas Neil left Blackburn they have improved greatly in defence and have gone on a winning run that West Ham are praying they can emulate. West Ham however have failed to beat Blackburn away in the Premiership in twelve years.

For West Ham Nigel Reo-Coker returns from suspension giving Curbishley options in midfield. Aside from the win against Man Utd the two games that Mark Noble has played this season have also been West Ham's best performances under Curbishley. It seems unlikely that the team captain will be left out but just maybe Noble will get the nod ahead of Quashie.
