Arbitration Panel Decision

The Arbitration Panel has dismissed the appeal of Sheffield United. A statement from the panel said that,

"The tribunal have found in favour of the FA Premier League on both issues and dismissed the claims of Sheffield United FC and Fulham FC."

The two issues are the appeal into the original decision and The Blades and Fulham's claim that the League should have forced West Ham to de-register Carlos Tevez.

This means that Sheffield United are relegated and West Ham are safe.
