Dyer and Solano?

The Times are suggesting that West Ham could sign both Dyer and Nolberto Solano from Newcastle. Although the Toon rejected the £6 million offered by West Ham at the last moment The Times thinks that they would be lively to accept £6 million for Dyer if they also get £6 million for Solano, although The Independent are suggesting Newcastle want £8 million for both.

I can't really see West Ham paying £6 million for 33yr old Solano so suspect this may be a desperate ploy by the Geordies to get rid of the two players.
