More Players to Come

KUMB are reporting that Eggert Magnusson has confirmed West Ham are in talks with Eidur Gujohnsen but he also said that West Ham had not agreed an £8 million deal with Barcelona as had been reported earlier in the week.

The talk on the KUMB forum is that Eggy, in the same interview with an Icelandic website, also mentioned West Ham were trying to sign Barnes. This has now been confirmed by Alan Curbishley speaking to Sky Sports News,

"We have been looking at the situation and we have spoken to Derby about it.

"At the moment nothing is happening - their valuation is not where we are at and he is a Derby player so I shouldn't be talking too much about it."
