West Ham on the BBC

There were only two matches on Match of the Day tonight so it was obvious that West Ham would appear in their normal slot just before the credits. A Man Utd practice game against Wigan is infinitely more important than any match featuring West Ham.

It is also hard to argue with the BBC's decision to give only 12 minutes of highlights in a programme of 45 minutes to the West Ham game. Any longer and Alan Shearer would have actually appeared on the programme less than the football.

As you can see - my anger tonight is being mainly directed at the BBC. After all if they had given us a few minutes more we might have actually got the equaliser.

My advice to Curbishley is to refuse to talk to the BBC, it obviously hasn't done the cheating Scottish swindler Alex Ferguson any harm.
