Bellamy Back for West Ham

Craig Bellamy finally returned to action last night appearing in West Ham reserves 1-0 win over Portsmouth Reserves. Bellamy was instrumental in West Ham's only goal when his low cross forced home defender Jean Francois Christophe to put the ball in his own net.

Bellamy played for all but three of the ninety minutes so could well be in contention for Wednesday's Liverpool game. Unfortunately James Collins had to be carried off the pitch in the first half with a knee injury.
