Faubert Plays for West Ham Reserves

Julien Faubert played the first half of tonight's reserve game against Villa and it didn't take the French winger long to make an impact on the game. In the first minute Faubert played a one-two with Jack Collison before slotting the ball past an outrushing keeper.

Faubert was substituted at half time. West Ham held onto the lead until three minutes from then end before Villa dramatically equalised and then got a winner in the dying seconds.

Luis Boa Morte also got an hour's match practice before being substituted. Ex-West Ham forward Marlon Harewood captained the Villa side.

this is outstanding! We've been looking forward to this all year. Poor Curbs is going to have one hell of a time figuring out his starting 11 (or even his reserves) from now on. I cannot wait for the coming games! Up the Irons!!
