West Ham's Improvements on Last Season

The Telegraph have done some interesting analysis of Premier League sides for this season so far.

The big surprise for me is that West Ham are the fourth best team for accuracy in crosses and corners. At this point last season we were in last place. Solano's corners and crosses have made a big difference this season but I would never have guessed by that much.

The other area where we have improved strikingly (pun intended) is in the number of goals scored. We have scored twice as many goals as at this stage last season, although we are still only the thirteenth highest scorers in the Premier League.

Another interesting (if unwanted) statistic is that Nigel Reo-Coker tops the tackling table, having made more tackles than any other player in the Premier League. I wonder where he stands in the assists table?
