West Ham vs Allstars Live

Setanta will broadcast live West Ham's pre-season friendly against the MLS AllStars on 24th July. The game will kick-off at 7pm EDT - which I think is midnight in the UK.

2pm?

So is this game being played somewhere between 7am and 9am local time?

Or did you mean 2am?

Not meaning to be a pedant, just wondering as I wouldn't mind watching!

KUMB says 7pm EDT and 2pm GMT but I think you are right and they have subtracted 5 hours rather than add the on.

So the game would be on at midnight in the UK?

pedants are political hacks who profess to be football experts by operating a football blog, but then fail to monitor the blog properly to keep it free of racially offensive language.

No. you didn t get away with it.

er! - are you talking about this blog?

I don't moderate comments on this blog because I think most football fans have probably heard worse on the terraces than they will find here.

In saying that if I come across any racist or even offensive comments I will delete them.

I'm not a political hack so you might be talking about West Ham Till I Die???

If it is this blog - leave a comment with the post title and I will be happy to delete.

Yeah, I was wondering what on earth that comment was about.. figured he might have been referring to Mr Dale (who I, for the record, don't think knows what he's talking about But that's beside the point).

Keir you do an excellent job mate, keep it up.

I know the current world time system infuriates some people, but hardly think it's offensive.

People will take racial offense to just about anything nowadays.

My question is will Setanta be showing the match in the UK? I know they have American and Canadian channels which sometimes show matches so I thought you might have been referring to one of these.

I can't seem to find any reference to the match on Setanta's website.
