Tristan Fit and Raring to Go

It seems that Diego Tristan's foot injury that forced him to retire from Monday's reserve game is not serious and he will be fit enough to play against Everton. Given the liveliness of Bellamy and Sears partnership against Boro I suspect that Tristan may start on the bench again but this may be the game he gets his first action for West Ham.

Balint Bajner picked up an Achilles injury in the same match but his injury is not thought to be as serious as first thought.
