West Ham in the Sunday Papers
The Daily Star and The Express say Arsenal will make a £6 million bid for Matthew Upson in January.
According to The News of the World James Collins has urged West Ham not to sell their best players. He says that Upson and Bellamy are too important to lose and that Anton Ferdinand didn't want to leave West Ham.
“Anton didn’t want to go. It was a tricky situation because he had been here since he was a young kid. But it was destined to happen and, unfortunately for us, it did happen. We have missed him but we will be looking to score a few past him today.”
The People claim that the West Ham board now think they made a mistake in appointing Zola and are running out of patience with the West Ham manager. Hmm, I hear someone called Alan Pardew has been sacked by Charlton.

If you're thinking that Pardew being sacked means we want him back, you can dream on. Why would you want him back for Gods sake. If he couldn't manage Charlton what do you think would happen with us.
