Newcastle vs West Ham - The Predictions

For Newcastle Nicky Butt is suspended but Danny Guthrie is fit to play after recovering from flu and Charles N'Zogbia is expected to shake off a dead leg.

For West Ham Scott Parker is available again after suspension. Kieron Dyer is also available and should get some minutes on the pitch against his previous club.

Lawro ignores the form that has seen West Ham unbeaten away from home in five games. He notes that West Ham won twice over Christmas and Newcastle lost twice. He therefore predicts West Ham to lose.

Sky acknowledges the form is with West Ham but say that Newcastle were unbeaten in six before losing to Liverpool and Wigan.

Setanta note that Owen likes to score against West Ham. He has scored 11 goals in 13 Premier League games against West Ham. They also note that West Ham have not won in any of their last seven trips to St James' Park. However Setanta believe that Craig Bellamy could be the key player against one of his previous clubs.
