My Knee Jerk Reaction

Last night's performance was truly embarrassing. However the lack of fire power up front has been apparent since Bellamy left. West Ham have now scored 2 goals in five games and it is hard to see at the moment where the goals are going to come from.

I think last night we saw some of the weaknesses of the current squad. We have no width, no depth to the squad and no plan b. Di Michele's confidence looks completely shot, Tristan's legs seems to have gone and Sears looks like he still isn't quite ready to step up.

So is it time to let Savio off the leash? They say if you are good enough you are old enough and what we've seen of Savio so far is that he does seem good enough.

This Saturday's game against City is really important now. A win against City would restore some confidence to the team. I'd like to see Savio start.

Come on let's give the boy a go!
