Terence Brown is Back
Terence Brown has been given the role of Honorary Life President of West Ham.
Brown was sacked from the role of Honorary Life Time Vice-President in May 2007. Now he is back and he has been given a promotion.
The reason for Brown's re-emergence is that West Ham has raised £4m in new equity through a placing of shares, primarily with new investors.
David Sullivan and David Gold have subscribed for further shares. In addition there are new investors in John Harris CBE, Daniel Harris and Terence Brown.
The club website says,
"The proceeds will partly be used to buy in some of the shareholding of CB Holding EHF, with the balance available to fund the further development of the club on and off the pitch."
