QC to Hear West Ham Case

The Guardian claim that the disciplinary commission judging West Ham's supposed breaking of Premiership rules will sit before the end of April. The commision will be chaired by criminal lawyer Simon Bourne-Arton QC. He will be accompanied on the panel by a 'respected' independent football figure and a third member with regulatory experience, possibly a retired policeman.

It goes without saying that West Ham will be "vigorously" contesting the charges.
