Arbitration Should Not Go Ahead

Sheffield United's hopes of arbitration look set to be dashed. The Daily Telegraph claim that the Premier League will uphold West Ham's claim that West Ham showed them the December 1st contract and that it was available to the disciplinary committee.

Effectively this means Sheffield United have no new evidence and there is no need for an arbitration panel to be established.
