West Ham Reserves Held to a Draw

West Ham Reserves drew 1-1 away to Fulham Reserves tonight. The West Ham team included John Pantsil, Jonathan Spector, Kyle Reid and Nigel Quashie. Fulham opened the scoring in injury time at the end of the first half when Bradley Hudson-Odoi's left foot shot deflected off the West Ham defence to beat Marek Stech in goal.

Kyle Reid impressed for West Ham in the second half. He floated one free-kick over a defensive wall only to be denied by the post. The ball was then scrambled out for a corner. From the resulting corner Reid slotted home West Ham's equaliser. In the dying seconds West Ham had a chance to nick a win when Reid played Jack Collison through on goal, but Etheridge, in goal for Fulham, blocked the shot.
